My husband and I were very pleased with the process of purchasing a new CRV from Hackettstown Honda. Warren was informative, patient and fair with negotiations. Customer Service is obviously paramount i purchasing a new CRV from Hackettstown Honda. Warren was informative, patient and fair with negotiations. Customer Service is obviously paramount in this organization and was demonstrated by Warren coming in on his scheduled day off to meet with us. All of the employees that we encountered were exceptionally helpful. The only area I see for improvement is the customer service via the phone - the hold time seemed long and not all of my messages reached Warren. More

We were very surprised and happy with the friendly no hassle experience. We have been looking to replace our 1997 Honda Oddessy for a few years. My husband does't like the the usual sales pitch. We did go to a few other Honda dealers but Hackettstown Honda was our final choice. Warren and all the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable with our new CR-V. They didn't have the color we wanted but got it for us in a couple of days. I would highly recomend them and especially Warren Kershnar. Thank you and we love our new CR-V. More

My car buying experience was probably the best I have ever had. Warren was very nice and was able to answer all my questions about the new CR-V. Even my 11 year old son liked him. I worked with Matt on Friday he greeted us at the door he was nothing but nice and courteous from the start. Everyone from the start From Internet sales person Ryan who we spoke to on the phone all the way was nothing but nice and courteous from the start. All three gentlemen just made the process for me and my wife stress free. If I had to grade Hackettstown Honda they would get a A+++. After seeing that service department how could you not wanna give them a shot one word WOW!!!!!! More

I am a Honda lover making this my 4th Honda since 1979. I was so excited that Honda moved into the Hackettstown area so maintenance would be convenient. When I stopped in on Saturday, it was just to find out was so excited that Honda moved into the Hackettstown area so maintenance would be convenient. When I stopped in on Saturday, it was just to find out what my 2002 vehicle trade-in would get me. The salesperson, Justin, blew me away with such a great trade-in value, percentage and the extras that came with it. The 3 year extras are fabulous. Within no time, Justin had found my vehicle on the lot, arranged for my NJM insurance to be changed and I was driving off the lot with my brand new 2012 Honda Civic LX. It was that easy. Justin was a very understanding salesperson, helping me pick out the color and interior since I have a problem seeing colors. The rest of the staff were also accomadating and helpful through the whole process. I will definately spread it around town and the surrounding area about the excellent service and deals. As you know it was a little unexpected with the old Saturn crapping out, which she loved, but if it wasn't the head gasket, it would have been something else, plus the a/c and cd-radio wasn't working!!! She deserved a new car, with her 4.0 GPA at Rutgers!!! Also if I waited another day or two, I think the car would have been gone!!! Thanks again, Bill More

I didn't know what to expect from them being it's a new dealer but any hesitation I had was quickly removed when I walked into the dealership. The showroom was gorgeous and I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome. They then paged for a sales representative and Justin presented himself. He was very calm and easy to work with showing what I felt to be an eagerness to find me not just a car but the right car for me. I ended up choosing a civic for my commuting needs and am very pleased so far with the car and the overall sales process. I really feel that this dealership is going to do very well and going to refer anyone I know to them for a new Honda. Above all else I found out that their service department was open 7 days a week. That alone is going to make my life so much easier. Great job guys and good luck with everything. More
