Went extra mile I took my CR-V in for a sudden issue and a week later got it back but in the meantime was given a very nice loaner vehicle and the 2 service advisors I took my CR-V in for a sudden issue and a week later got it back but in the meantime was given a very nice loaner vehicle and the 2 service advisors I dealt with - first Mike and then Tyler - were very responsive and helpful. Also I wish I would have noticed things that are not on the 2017 that I had on the 06 truck. Like small rear window. And CD player I wish someone would have suggested looking at a new 2018 or 2019 model. May of got a better deal. It would have been nice since we.
