Miguel is amazing! When I walked into the Jeff City Autoplex, I had a vague idea that I wanted either a Honda Civic or an Accord. Before he even showed me any cars, Miqu When I walked into the Jeff City Autoplex, I had a vague idea that I wanted either a Honda Civic or an Accord. Before he even showed me any cars, Miquel asked a few questions about what I was hoping to find in a car. He then showed me the Fit and I must say, Miquel was absolutely correct; the Fit was the perfect "fit" for my needs! (Sorry for the pun!) The car had a few scratches on it so Miquel arranged for me to bring it in on Saturday and within the hour, my new car was buffed and waxed and looking great! He walked me through the car's features and even programmed the radio and my phone's contact list into the car. The waiting room is just about as nice as can be with water, coffee drinks, popcorn, ice cream, tv, and strong wifi. I plan on keeping my car for 15-20 years and told Miguel that I wanted a great relationship with whomever I bought my new car from. I feel quite satisfied about my experience with both Miguel and Jeff City/Honda and feel calm and confident about coming to them in the future for service appointments. More

Questionable dealings. I found four used vehicles on their website I was interested in looking at. I was told that one had been sold and two "did not meet their standards fo I found four used vehicles on their website I was interested in looking at. I was told that one had been sold and two "did not meet their standards for sale". (Then why were they on the web site?) I arrived at the dealership and met with the salesman, who was pleasant to work with. He showed me the vehicle and we took it for a test ride. It seemed to run ok, so I made an offer and after dealing with the sales manager (ugh). We came to an agreement and I purchased the vehicle. The next day (Friday) after I drove the vehicle for about 30 miles, the check engine light came on. I took it back in and left it with them to check. I came back to the dealership Monday around noon. I talked with the original salesman who told me one thing and the sales manager who told me another. At the end of it, I was told the cancelled the code and if the light came back on, bring it back in. I did not find that very reassuring. So far the light has not come back on, but I am worried the problem will come back in a week or two and they will say, sorry you've had the vehicle too long and it's your problem now. More
