Kent Hager is the only reason I have my service work done at Honda and the only reason I refer people I truly care for to him. His salary should probably be doubled, and the doubled again! I guarantee his at Honda and the only reason I refer people I truly care for to him. His salary should probably be doubled, and the doubled again! I guarantee his pay doesn’t reflect the value he brings to Honda and customers. A five star system is not even appropriate for what Kent Hager does. He is a 10 out of 10 every time! If Kent Hager ever left Honda I would follow him wherever he went for ALL my service needs and I would also take every customer I’ve sent to him with me. More

Came in to have trunk looked at because it was leaking. Whatever they did so far seems fine. Asked service to check rear window defrost that didn't seem to be working and was told it was working fine. Wit Whatever they did so far seems fine. With ice and snow over the weekend the rear window defrost did absolutely nothing, it wouldn't even keep the window from fogging up. Have not had the car for a month and so far not happy with Jefferson City Honda. More
