Very happy with the sales and service at this dealership. I bought my 2012 Honda CR-V from this dealership in the summer of 2015. They were good enough to put brand new tires on it without charging us extra I bought my 2012 Honda CR-V from this dealership in the summer of 2015. They were good enough to put brand new tires on it without charging us extra for them. We purchased the service plan, and I just went in for my first oil change. They also took care of a battery issue that was involved in a recall. The service tech that I dealt with was courteous, and the service was done in a timely manner. When I went to get in my car, he removed a plastic liner that he'd placed in the seat to protect it from potentially dirty mechanic wear. I was very impressed with them, and would highly recommend their service. More

Airbag Recall I have not had good experiences with the Honda dealership in Columbia, MO and when I received the recall notice for our 2002 Odyssey, I decided to giv I have not had good experiences with the Honda dealership in Columbia, MO and when I received the recall notice for our 2002 Odyssey, I decided to give the Jeff City location a try. They were very courteous. After the repair work was done, the service advisor talked to me about our SRS light that was on. We knew the SRS module had to be replaced but no one has ever told us that one of our seatbelts was coding as bad too. The service advisor informed me that the seatbelt was under warranty and they had it on order and he would contact me when it came in. We know that we have to replace the SRS computer and Honda of Jefferson City will be the ones to do that when we are ready. More

Oil Change and wash As of now, I am satisfied with the service, but was charged 61$ for an oil change and wash.
