I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Honda of Jefferson City technicians. Despite providing detailed information about the check engine light issue, they could not identify or resolve th Honda of Jefferson City technicians. Despite providing detailed information about the check engine light issue, they could not identify or resolve the problem. Additionally, they recommended replacing the tires but completely overlooked the suspension issues that caused the tire problems. It was frustrating that they failed to address my reported concerns yet charged for their services. Ultimately, I had to take my vehicle to another shop, where all the issues were promptly diagnosed and resolved. This experience was both costly and time-consuming. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Honda of Jefferson City. More

I would only mildly recommend this dealership. While they made the distance part (2 hours away) easy and my interaction with my sales person was fine a few things I found distasteful from the fin While they made the distance part (2 hours away) easy and my interaction with my sales person was fine a few things I found distasteful from the finalizing of everything at the end, 1) the hard sale for an extended warranty - I’m buying a car long distance and am absolutely not taking it 2 hours for warranty work - it’s also a Honda. But the warranty sales person was using standard “scare tactics” thankfully my family has own Hondas all my life, so they didn’t work. But stop treating your customers like marks. 2) And, yes, I know this sounds petty - but I was only given 1 key fob for my car and not even offered advanced notice or opportunity to get a second fob. Given that keyless ignition fobs are about $200 and that even my last Honda came with 2 - I expected two fobs or notice that they would only offer one/a good deal on a second. Again - it’s petty - but treat your customers like they mean something. More
