Twice I’ve had issues with my vehicles that they have been difficult to work with. Most recently I had to pay for them to fix something that wasn’t broken and got my car back still broken because they d been difficult to work with. Most recently I had to pay for them to fix something that wasn’t broken and got my car back still broken because they didn’t even look at what I brought it in for. After much frustration and condescending behavior from Martin the service manager, they did finally fix the original problem. Not surprisingly the noise was then gone. So why did I pay for them to “fix” something that wasn’t wrong while getting my car back in the same broken state? Not acceptable. It took one block to realize it was not repaired the first time, even after being assured it was “quiet as a mouse” by Martin after allegedly two test drives. I was very clear when dropping off my vehicle where the issue was, and they did not even LOOK at that part. My trust is gone. My money is gone. I will never be back there. Completely ridiculous experience by dishonest staff. Avoid at all costs. You lost a 10 year customer over your pride and rudeness. More
