The salesperson Kenny was extremely poor at his job. He told me the car had features it did not have, he really didn't know anything about the car I specifically came to look at (he had time to study be He told me the car had features it did not have, he really didn't know anything about the car I specifically came to look at (he had time to study before I arrived as I set up an appointment!), and he flat out lied to me about my getting the financing I wanted at the percentage rate I wanted in the timeframe I wanted. I went in to sign papers only to find out nothing had gone in my favor! It was a struggle to buy the vehicle, but the financial guy (his name escapes me). The only reason I purchased the car was be I had done my homework and knew that it was exactly what I was looking for. Oh! Kenny also told me I got what I wanted for my trade in which also was NOT true. Kenny failed his job miserably. Now, there were also issues about getting a large dent out of the tailgate, since it is certified pre-owned, that should've been taken care of prior to being sold. It was a struggle to get them to admit it was there prior to my leaving the lot, but I found sales pictures from Hondas advertising that indeed showed the dent was there already. We have some We Owes out there that are being worked on including the dent: rubber mats, etching on the window, undercoating...and Amy is on it. She is the Sales Mgr and she is 100% about making this right and her customer service has been on-point. We will see how this all goes, but there already has been hiccups: parts are weeks out, so they can't replace the gait for a couple weeks. I'm okay with that as I have a loaner car from Honda. I was charged 65 dollars for shop expenses. Expenses for my repair would have been a couple pairs of rubber gloves, a few rags and maybe a few squirts of WD40.
