Now, there were also issues about getting a large dent out of the tailgate, since it is certified pre-owned, that should've been taken care of prior to being sold. It was a struggle to get them to admit it was there prior to my leaving the lot, but I found sales pictures from Hondas advertising that indeed showed the dent was there already. We have some We Owes out there that are being worked on including the dent: rubber mats, etching on the window, undercoating...and Amy is on it. She is the Sales Mgr and she is 100% about making this right and her customer service has been on-point.
