We apologize that you feel you were mistreated. All of our out the door prices are based on a vehicle without accessories added, as they are available. However, if I vehicle with accessories is chosen, we must then add that cost. Also, each dealer does charge a different amount for the document fee, as fees vary from state to state to file paperwork.

We install the accessories beforehand because we have found that the majority of our customers find value in these packages. By having the items pre-installed we are making it possible for our customers to take delivery of their new vehicle the same day, without having to spend extra time in the dealership while the accessories are being installed. However, we are always open to clients buying inbound vehicles or ordering cars without the packages (we deliver several cars a month this way). Secondly, we would like to explain that although you feel you were charged for packages you did not want, you in fact got both packages free of charge. The first package was discounted down to $0 and the protection package for $495 was offset by the $500 flex cash that was given to you by Honda.
