Update.. We went to the Honda of Kenosha and The Dealership did refund the $798 for the Secure Etch and the Auto Butler for the 2006 Kia, however, only when it was shown that they had charged us but had not done the work. We also found the Warranty paperwork supplied with the Auto Butler specifically says that if the vehicle is older than 24 months and more than 24,000 miles that there is no warranty. So even if the product was applied there is no recourse to get anything fixed. I even call the Corporate Office in Indiana and they confirmed this. They would not refund on the 2018 Odyssey since both items had been applied and they had paperwork showing it was signed for. http://www.autobutler.com/customer_page_contact.html We also realized that they had added $4675 in warranties to the 2018 Odyssey even after having been told nothing was wanted as the the Van would only be kept for 2 years or so. We cancelled this. I am sure that if we would still be fighting this but Honda of Kenosha realized that since they had charged $ for work not done that this put them in a risky position. I recommend anyone who has bought a used to check their car windows for the Secure Etch and make sure that they look to see if the Auto Butler was done. If the Vehicle was older than 24 month or more than 24,000 miles then they were charged for something that doesn't have a warranty. We got some money back but buyer still beware.
