I generally loathe the auto buying experience...but I have to say Honda of Kirkland and Viet Nguyen(my choice for a Sales Associate)- add value and make if tolerable. A significant reason I buy Honda over Toyota or other quality brands is attributed to my long time experience with Honda of Kirkland Service Dept. -- they really make owning a Honda a good experience. This time around I considered a Lexus-- after some research on comparable service pricing-- I decided the Kirkland Honda service experience fit me much better. Doug Christianson More

Justin Lee the sales rep was amazing but when it came to financial departments they did not seem to know how to do their job and did not do the things I asked them that I wanted and had to keep coming back financial departments they did not seem to know how to do their job and did not do the things I asked them that I wanted and had to keep coming back to sign papers. And was told they had financing figured out before I left. Luckily I had my own financing so I had something to go with.
