The financial guy was terrible. I refused all of the Add-ons, he looked upset or something, stood up and left. He came back 10 minutes later and I gave in and bought the xx VIN etch for $375 so I c the Add-ons, he looked upset or something, stood up and left. Viet and Justin went above and beyond as helped me get a new Honda Civic. It took me a while to decide and they were patient with me through out the entire time. Good experience overall We knew that the car we were interested in, a Clarity plug in hybrid, was in short supply in Washington, so when a new 2019 Clarity became available a We knew that the car we were interested in, a Clarity plug in hybrid, was in short supply in Washington, so when a new 2019 Clarity became available at Honda of Kirkland, in an acceptable color, we made an appointment and traveled there (about 80 miles) to test drive. Viet was very attentive and patient in demonstrating features and answering questions, and we decided to purchase. We had a straightforward negotiation and enjoyed talking with Sid. Using the Costco Auto program, coupled with the scarcity of supply, resulted in less negotiation than normally expected, but like everyone else Sid was consistently pleasant and professional. Once we agreed on a purchase price and trade in value, Justin was very thorough and accommodating when doing the paperwork. These days paperwork can be frustratingly long, but I doubt it could have been made any easier. In the meantime Viet ensured that all delivery prep details were properly handled, so the car was ready to go when we were. Overall Kirkland of Honda and the employees who worked with us earned their high ratings. They deserve kudo's for their obvious focus on and attention to customer service. We are now enjoying our new Clarity, Most of our usage will be in EV mode, with visits to the gas station drastically reduced, but it is nice knowing that should the propulsion battery get depleted, hybrid mode is standing by, ready to kick in! More
