Service tech was going to waive the fee to accommodate us during the repair of the 97 Honda which ultimately was traded in on the new vehicle.Granted, an extra $100.00 was added on to the trade-in but I felt that after deciding to lease the rental still should have been gratis. Nonetheless, it was positive experience. thank you More
