When the color of the car I wanted was not on the lot he quickly located a car and arrangements were made to have it delivered to the dealership. he returned phone calls promptly and was timely when I arrived for appointments. Amir did a great job explaining insurance options. In a short period of time I was able to meet Cal for the first time, purchase an auto, and leave the dealership. More

Fast and easy process my boyfriend and I shopped for an Accord at Bellevue first, but they don't have the color I wanted. Came to Kirkland and met Polo.
