Honda of Lake city sold me a Van with damages and not responding to any of my phone calls. Do not have any ETA and communication is very poor after you bough the vehicle. The salesman was great! And the staff was good. It is the service dept. I have a problem with. There were issues with the car we brought it up there twice and it was never f And the staff was good. It is the service dept. I have a problem with. There were issues with the car we brought it up there twice and it was never fixed. When I checked the oil it was dark so I got with the salesman and he said to bring it up there and they would change the oil. All they did was turn off the oil change light. The air pressure light was on to, I fixed that. When you buy a new or used car things should be checked and you should have no lights come on for at least a few months. I also already had to put a new battery in the key. I did let the manager know all of this and he never called or responded back. I gave him a few days before I did this review. More

The vehicle had glass windshield glass damage before it was shipped and the dealership knew it. They said they would replace the windshield but only paid to have it repaired.
