I’m so impressed with this service department! A problem was found during a regular oil change visit that had to be addressed. It was difficult to know exactly how the damage to the vehicle happened but it had to be dealt with. RJ made sure I had a loaner (we are not currently Honda owners) - for the time the car needed service - a few days. When everything was replaced and I returned, there was no charge for the service. They could have taken advantage of the situation for their benefit, but they didn’t. We will definitely trust this dealership (and RJ) in the future - and would be willing to consider a Honda once again, based on the treatment we received. More

Excellent service from RJ McCann and the HOLC Service Team! A mechanical problem happened on I-75 with my 2018 Ridgeline. It was reviewed and corrected on the same day. I bought a 2020 Honda Pathfinder used, and its a beauty! I will tell everyone about this dealer because they were so magnificent!
