I usually purchase my vehicles in other counties/cites other than my own because I have not had success with local dealers in the past. Today, I purchased a 2022 Honda Civic Sport from Honda of Lake City. The entire experience was made easier due to our sales consultant, Justin MacFarlane and Giampolo Cabrera sales manager. Justin is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions or concerns that we had about the car. Giampolo was very transparent during the negotiation process and I felt that I received an excellent deal. I usually dread the car buying process, but today was a pleasant experience. More

Every sale can be fought through with average or below sales people. But with excellent sales people a car can be sold with everyone being happy and a profit made. Arrived with an idea of which car I was interested in and was helped without an attempt to persuade me into an upsale I wasn't comfortable with, which is rare with dealerships in my opinion.
