Our sales representative was Victor Gutierrez. He was great! He was very patient with us. We actually started shopping for a new car in December. We had decided on a CR-V LX, but they weren't availabl great! He was very patient with us. We actually started shopping for a new car in December. The LX finally started showing up in March, and Victor gave us a call. Unfortunately they didn't have the color we wanted. Victor found the color we wanted at another dealer and drove 70 miles (each way!)to get it for us. When we picked up the car, Victor patiently showed us some of the electronic features, which were new to us (like setting up the bluetooth connection). More
