A positive first time car buying experience I have to admit, my attitude going into the dealership was rooted in skepticism and defensiveness. I assumed everyone was going to try to take advantage of me being a young first time car buyer; however that was not the case. I came in with a specific car in mind and worked with Nathan to make sure that was the car I wanted and would best fit my needs. He was very patient, transparent, and willing to answer all my questions. Afterwards, I worked with Chad to figure out all the financial aspects of the car purchase. He was very understanding and empathetic of my first-time-car-buying situation and made sure I understood all the terms and conditions when it came to the warranty and all the service programs that were available to me. At the end of the day, my attitude towards buying a car made a complete 180 and I have Nathan and Chad at Honda of Lincoln to thank for that. More
