I emailed Honda of Lisle to start the process and the emails with Vanessa Hakiza went back and forth as I narrowed down my search. Never once did she pressure me to come in or get on a call. When I finally decided to visit the dealership I was scheduled to meet with Jennifer Holish and she was a great salesperson. She never put pressure on me to buy anything, nor did she use the "hard sell" tactics that I was used to when purchasing a car. She made the entire process an enjoyable experience. More

I would probably refer to him as more of a car consultant than salesperson. He answered all my questions, got back to me later that day, sent via email to thank me for coming in and asked if I had any questions, and the deal was done by the next day. It was the most efficient purchase I have ever had buying a car. The next day came to get the car, which was a lease for my father, and while we waited a bit for the finance person, who once we saw him was very quick and personable, Jordan set up the phone, changed the plates and got the car all ready so we wouldn't have to wait. He spent considerable time explaining everything to my father,. It was refreshing to have someone that knew everything about the car. It was almost as if he drove one himself, that is how well versed he was. Again, I was very impressed with Jordan that I felt inclined to write this review. I am so tired of getting "mobbed" by the smoking guys outside a dealership who know nothing about their product and you just know what a bad experience it is going to be. I will be looking at Lisle Honda for future cars and use Jordan before going anywhere else. Thanks for having a high standard for your "car consultants" and obviously training them well. More

Mr. Ali patiently answered all of our questions about leasing and car features. He was quite pleasant but not pushy (ideal!). He made some recommendations (features to consider when deciding which one to go with). He was spot on. Love our new Civic. Great that they offer new-owner classes too. Hope to sit in on one in near future. Oh, and sounding the gong is a nice touch....so if you do purchase a car here--go ahead and overcome your reservations about embarrassing yourself, take the mallet and sound the gong! More
Five-hour Struggle Before we visited the dealership, we had the vehicle and price arranged. We weren't sure of the color, but otherwise had it worked out ahead of time. With that said, it took us 5 hours to complete the transaction. We were offered a dollar amount for our trade in that was an obvious ploy to take advantage of us. Our sales person had to leave due to a personal emergency, which we understand can happen. It then took another 3.5 hours to complete the paperwork and transfer vehicles. We were told the only way to know what interest rate we could get was to fill in the paperwork. Our financial person had no idea that was being done, and had completed the loan paperwork. Lastly, we were passed to another person who was supposed to show us the technology of the new car, but also did not complete his duties. This is a symptom of what has plagued Honda of Lisle for years. It is understaffed and physically undersized for the volume of customers. This leads to bad service across the board. That is still no excuse for the bad service you inflict on customers. More

I bought my 1st new car there in 2008 and have continued to bring it back for all my service needs, despite Lisle not being the closest Honda to my residence. I trust them completely with my car and feel their prices are fair. Last week my husband and I bought a new CRV there, and again had a very pleasant experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Honda vehicle. More

Everyone was very pleasant to deal with an friendly. Jordan Walker was awesome!!! He took time to listen to my needs, answer all my silly questions and explain all the great features on my new car. After looking at a few other makes, found great deal on a very well maintained and we'll equpped 2009 odyssey at honda superstore of lisle. Ali was very helpful showing us the inventory, with more viable options in our price range than we saw anywhere else. Wound up buying the first car he showed us -- he was right, it was the car for us. Ali was very kind and gracious through the whole process and made things easy for us. His charm and good humor kept the kids engaged so we could focus on the car. Drove away very happy. More
STILL A LITTLE CONFUSED My wife and I visited this dealership to test drive a new 2015 Honda CR-V on August 31th. We were ready to replace one of our aging cars. After 10 mi My wife and I visited this dealership to test drive a new 2015 Honda CR-V on August 31th. We were ready to replace one of our aging cars. After 10 minutes of walking the floor, we were ready to test drive 2 models that caught our eye. I looked around the showroom floor to see if any salesperson were available. I saw at least 3 texting on their cellphones by the windows and 2 possible internet sales people on the East wall. I was a little confused as to why not ONE salesperson greeted, approached or even made eye contact with us. Is this a new sales concept that I am missing out on? Would love to see a response on this one………. More
Very disappointed. Bait and Switch Went to trade in car and lease a CRV EX-L. Salesman explained features well, drove car and returned to dealership. Finished all paperwork only to learn they wrote the deal on the step-down model EX. Me, my spouse and the salesperson all agreed that we thought the car was the EX-L throughout the dealing. Sales manager came out to apologize and offer us a lease that was almost 20% higher. We asked for the original deal we agreed on and even offered to split the difference (10% higher). The sales manager never returned and our salesperson simply apologized and we were approached by the finance manager to reverse all the paperwork. 5 hours of time total. They acknowledged their mistake but did nothing to take responsibility for it. Bought the exact same EX-L two days later for less than our original offer at Lisle. Clearly they could have at least agreed to our offer to split the difference but chose not to. More
