Great Experience Great People I was very impressed by my salesperson, Orlando Johnson "OJ". He put me completely at ease and was the ultimate professional. Everything about my ex I was very impressed by my salesperson, Orlando Johnson "OJ". He put me completely at ease and was the ultimate professional. Everything about my experience was top notch. They even found a chipped reflector (on a car with almost 40,000 miles) and insisted it be replaced! The manager of used car sales even apologized for missing it during the inspection. They were going to order the reflector for installation at a later date. We went to lunch afterward and OJ called us to say they had found one and it could be installed immediately. I wasn't expecting that level of service! The Odyssey we bought was well worth the price and I expect it to live up to Honda standards. The finance guy we worked with was also outstanding and made sure we understood all of our options before proceeding. Needless to say, any future car purchases I make will be done through one of these dealerships. More

We first went to purchase a pre-owned Accord for our kids several years ago. She didn't try to sell us a new car. She delivered what we asked for. The next vehicle was the Ridgeline for my husband, Again, Debby delivered. The third time we were looking for a pre-owned Accord again and she was able to find us one within our budget, even going to another associated dealership to find it for us. Shortly after we purchased the Accord, it was involved in an accident, totaled. By now we have Debby on speed-dial and again, she delivered by finding us another Accord in short order. Debby is great to work with, is VERY conscientious and thorough. More
