I highly recommend going to Honda in Lisle for your future purchases as it was the best experience I have had buying a car. This is my 5th Honda and first time visiting the Lisle dealership. David Janowski listened to what I was looking for and worked with me to get the best deal he could offer. In the past, I had dealt with other places that had surprise numbers as we went further into the sales process and spent hours negiotating. That made me skeptical going in but there were no surprises with this process and I was in and out in 2 hours. The sales manager and the finance manager I worked with were also fantastic. Seriously it was the best experience ever and I will definitely go back when my lease is up in 3 years! More

The worst, disrespectful, unworthy Honda dealership The worst dealership in Illinois and extremely disrespectful. I thought i will get an early Christmas present for my dad. I called and confirmed for a 2016 Honda Odyssey SE - $24k. The salesperson put a hold on the car and informed me that the car is in service and will be ready for me to view at 2:30 pm to 3 pm. I drove 3 hrs to the dealership and arrive at 2:45 pm. The manager Mike told me "ha ha". The car was sold and he was extremely rude. I have to stop him and told him to back up a bit. I went to the general manger and have a talk with him. He didn't apologize or comfort me. He didn't even mention let me see what i can do. Instead, he told me first come first serve, even when I have reservation for the car. He definitely need customer service training and managment. Maybe because I am Asian???.. very disrespectful and not trustworthy dealership. Definitely need training More

She is a good listener which helped to make my purchase less stressful. Her description and demonstration of the many Ridgeline features reinforced the quality and many features the truck possesses. Bonita played a large roll in my decision to purchase the Ridgeline truck. She make you feel very comfortable and is easy to talk to. Mike Dalpino I liked the truck but was I willing to buy the truck? Mike listened to my needs and financial concerns and put together a package that I was happy with. I never felt any pressure to purchase additional features or products. But, he did let me know that there were other options that I should consider. His role closed the deal for me! He took all the stress out of purchasing the car. More

Purchasing a Honda-Certified Used Car Our experience at Honda Superstore was satisfying and less stressful than the stereotypical event some of us remember from decades ago. Because Honda Our experience at Honda Superstore was satisfying and less stressful than the stereotypical event some of us remember from decades ago. Because Honda Superstore of Lisle maintains an excellent web presence--including links to Consumer Reports and other car-rating enterprises--we did a lot of our preliminary work online. We could see the car from its many angles, look at its CarFax report, dig into the U.S. government sites that detail recalls and complaints, and get a good idea at the approximate pricing for the car we eventually selected. Our experience with the salesperson, Mr. Lofton, was straightforward. His word was good, his knowledge of the car was complete, and his presentation of its benefits -- during the test drive and during our question-and-answer conversation later -- was assuring. A skilled professional! Everything we knew about Hondas was borne out in the visit to Honda Superstore, and we proceeded quickly towards negotiating a sale for a late-model, low-mileage Honda Certified Used Car. This is always the difficult part of a car purchase, but Mr. Lofton and the rest of Honda's staff did a good job -- somewhat traditionally, but still respectful and emotionally honest -- in negotiating a price that was acceptable to us. Mr. Kiannejad, the Finance Manager, was very efficient, courteous and respectful as he went through the final stages of the purchase. We drove out of the lot with our new (used) car, and are pleased to own such a fine car. We look forward to having our questions answered as they occur, and to eventually obtaining the same high quality service when we come to the end of our warranty period. More
