We are sorry you felt compelled to write a negative review. Your husband acted and appeared to be completely competent to purchase the vehicle. When you contacted us about the deal you seemed to be more upset that you received a poor finance rate. As we explained at that time the rate you qualified is determined by the bank based upon your credit history. We did not want you upset so we offered to cancel the deal and allow you to return the car. We hoped that would be a satisfactory resolution to your issue. As you were not on any paperwork, we felt it was not appropriate to conduct the transaction with you and worked with your husband to return the vehicle.
