Professional, NOT Pushy and Extremely Knowledgeable My mother recently leased a CRV from a DIFFERENT Honda dealer (McGrath of Elgin) and while the experience was fun and she got a good deal overall, the My mother recently leased a CRV from a DIFFERENT Honda dealer (McGrath of Elgin) and while the experience was fun and she got a good deal overall, the sales and business associates were extremely pushy and forced her into a number of extra options and add-ons at the very end of her purchase. I went to a different dealership in hopes of scoring my dream car: A 2015 HONDA FIT!!! The minute I walked into the Honda Superstore of Lisle, I felt at ease and felt respected. Our sales associate (Tony) was extremely knowledgeable and opened up the hood for us; explaining different facets of it and detailing the engine's happenings (my mother and I realized that we were never even offered a look under the hood at McGrath). The communication and staff at this dealership is top notch and while we were able to work out a GREAT deal for the lease on my new Fit, I was in and out in no time without feeling pressured. Tony was very matter-of-fact and I loved the fact that my experience wasn't dolled up with a bunch of bells and whistles with extra features and services being shoved down my throat. Now I have time to consider the options on my own time and will appreciate them that much more. I definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase or lease a new Honda. More

Clearly I have dealt with quite a few sales people over the years, and though all have been great, I cannot express enough how EXCEPTIONAL Josh Malinski is as sales man. 7 months ago I renewed my lease, and he did everything to get my payments in the range I needed, along with meeting me wherever to bring a loaner car, to have my auto start installed. As if that was not enough, 1 month ago, I totaled that car (1st time accident EVER...f.y.i.. ;) 2nd person I called (the 1st being State farm) was Josh. No joke, he worked with me to get the same exact car, only a 2015..within what I could afford once again. He had it completely ready for me on the day I picked it up, I was in and out in 45min. Most of us know how traumatizing an accident can be. I cannot thank Josh and Honda of Lisle enough for making this situation the least stressful part of getting into an accident. He will be my sales guy for life! And who knows..maybe one day he will talk me into a different color, or maybe even a 4 door...lol! (no way!) Thank you JOSH!! I sort of stumbled upon Brian who is a mild-mannered, pleasant guy. I knew within about 5 minutes that if I decided to buy a Honda, it was going to be through Brian Murphy. The entire experience with Lisle Honda was pleasant and easy. They gave me a very fair trade for my old car and I felt I got an excellent price on '14 Accord Sport. And I got lucky because Lisle Honda was the only dealership within 100 miles of my house to have the color I wanted. Overall it was a great experience. I narrowed my choice down to one model at three different dealerships, and I decided to purchase this 2011 Mazda CX-9 from Honda Superstore of Lisle. Zahid “Z” Ali (sales associate), was the main reason in my purchase of the CX-9. No anxiety from high pressure sales techniques, and an honest sales associate made it a “no brainer” for me. I felt much more comfortable with “Z’s” personality than the other salesmen at the other (Mazda) dealerships. Any questions or concerns that I had, “Z” was able to answer them quickly and professionally. I cannot say enough positive things about Mr. Ali and my entire experience with Honda Superstore of Lisle. In the future, (when I am looking to purchase another vehicle), I will definitely go to Honda Superstore of Lisle for that purchase.
