He explained in detail all the advantages of the Honda vehicle we were considering and really listened to my wife's concerns and addressed those concerns. Our negotiations were friendly, direct with none of the "old time" auto price tactics which are demeaning to both the sales rep and the buyer. Follow up after the sale was excellent. Would highly recommend both Kabir and the dealership. More

Renee was the sales person who worked with me on all the basic questions I had and provided me with various options including the honda finance which no other Honda dealers had even spoken to me. She politely answered me all the questions and was open to negotiations. Her manager was also very respectful and treated us very well. We certainly (I already started) recommend anyone to this showroom for new/used car purchase. Hope to have a good and long relationship with utilizing the customer service to the fullest. Finally, we are satisfied and good that we end up at the right showroom and at the right time. All the Best for their customer friendly business. More

Go to Honda of Lisle! When my husband and I were rear-ended and our car was totaled, we were so disappointed. I expected replacing the car to be a huge headache, but Honda of Lisle made it so painless, My salesperson, Mike Harvey, was patient, helpful, and straightforward. I enjoyed working with Mike so much that I recommended him to a lady in the parking lot when we were on the way out, then tried to talk my in-laws into replacing their Toyota with a Honda at dinner that night! We also were well advised on our warranty options by Joe Struett, and ended up purchasing Honda Care, which is a great value. Brad Mitchell helped make the financial side very transparent. Mark Peterson was encouraging and helpful during the sales process as well. Long story short: We got the car we wanted at an excellent price, all in one morning, without any hassle. Easy, hassle-free car shopping My wife and I saw a couple of vehicles we wanted to test drive on line and within 24 hours of sending the request, I received an email from Lisle Hond My wife and I saw a couple of vehicles we wanted to test drive on line and within 24 hours of sending the request, I received an email from Lisle Honda's internet sales person, Kristen Lemke. She set up the times for the test drives, responded very quickly to all my emails and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. She was very courteous and I never felt pestered or pressured at any time. I arrived to test drive the vehicles and was introduced to Scott Heger from Sales. He was very knowledgable of the vehicles and he also answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Brad handled the financing paper work and he also did a great job of explaining our finance options and answering our questions. Working with these three individuals made shopping for a car the easiest time I've ever had shopping for a car. No haggling, no pressure, no red tape. I would highly recommend going to Lisle Honda for your next vehicle purchase. More
