New purchase, good experience overall We bought a new Pilot and had a pretty good experience with this dealership. We originally got a price quote over the Internet and negotiated most of We bought a new Pilot and had a pretty good experience with this dealership. We originally got a price quote over the Internet and negotiated most of the deal ahead of time by email. The Internet sales person, Shay, was very responsive and we felt like we got a pretty good deal. We also got prequalified for financing ahead of time over the Internet through Honda Financial. So by the time we got to the dealership, all that needed to be done was to sign paperwork and take possession of the vehicle. The sales person at the dealership, Zahid, was very friendly and helpful, although he was a bit surprised that he did not need to do any "selling". He think he was a little disappointed by that. ;-) The paperwork process probably took longer than it needed to, but that was not the salesperson's fault. I think their transaction closing system just hasn't been fully integrated into the new internet sales process yet. We had to take the Pilot back a week later to have some accessories installed and that went very smoothly. Their follow up has been thorough and reliable. I would definitely recommend this dealership! More
