I came in a couple times with a friend who was also looking for a new car and Renee spent a lot of time talking to us about each vehicle and taking us on test drives. We had both owned our old cars for 14 and 15 years and wanted to move through the new car shopping process slowly and carefully, and Renee really respected that and was never pushy. She is a great person to work with for car-buying and I would recommend her. It is particularly nice that with my new Honda Civic, Renee has checked back to see if all is going well and offered to help go through new technologies again if needed. Through the whole purchase process I also worked with Mike Harvey and Vic Vibhakar in finance and they also were pleasant and helpful to work with. Overall I feel I got a great deal and am very pleased with the whole experience – excellent place to buy a car! More

I got a lower price from a competitor, but went back to Brian to give him a chance to match since he already had time invested. He was able to match the competition's price with little to no haggling and was very pleasant throughout the process. Everyone there was great to work with. The finance person (whose name escapes me) has us in and out quickly, which we really appreciated. Brian was likeable without the usual car salesman smarminess. He knows the product and is obviously comfortable selling it. We plan to go back to buy a car for our daughter. More
