Initially, I could not believe the price quoted, it was lower compared to the dealer from which I bought 3 cars all Honda (and had them serviced over 20 years). When I visited them, I received test drive and a thorough review of the car. The sales team did not exert any pressure, which I really appreciated. And they were the ones to lower my cost without dickering. I compared this price to the other dealer and it clearly was better. I plan to return for service and use their body shop for my other car that has a few dings in it. Overall, I am very satisfied with the sales experience. More

I was looking for a car around $17,000, if less even better. First we looked into a Honda Accord 2011 with a price of $18,000. The salesman said he can give me the e-coupon for $500 and with the trade in value $300 for my old car the price would be $17,200. Then I saw another Honda Accord with a little more miles on it for $17,500, it was lighter color and I liked it better then the first one, the price as well. I was thinking this is the one! When we went back inside, the salesman came with a proposal from the manager. The "price" on Blue Book was $20,500, as a Certified car it had the "price" of $19,500, and they were offering the price of $17,500 with my trade in of $300, the final price is $17,200. It was insulting to me! It is not the first time I am buying a car, no one started talking about a price $3,000 above the listed one. Just because I am a woman and I speak with an accent, it doesn't mean I don't know anything about market value, Blue Book or profit margins for your employees. By the way, the fair market price for this particular car on Blue Book is $16,737, no more then $17,153 if I have to be exact. When I asked your salesman if I looked stupid I was treated with contemptuous rudeness. More

We are customers who need time to "wrap our minds" around the car buying decision be it make, model, auto reputation, gas mileage and more. Technology is advancing so fast that the buying process, ad offers, incentives, auto reviews and options can be overwhelming for many of us. Shawn and Kabir could sense our need to take some time to think things over. That from a customer stand point is so important. Consumers realize the art of selling cars is very, very competitive and dealerships absolutely must strive for making a profit, as with any successful business. In our opinion, the dealership that will rise to the top and stay there is one that makes every effort to insure the consumer makes the right choice without high pressure sales, degrading other auto makers or dealerships.
