Most dealerships advertise online, but forc Shopping for a new car can be a nerve racking experience. I am a huge internet fan like most these days. Most dealerships advertise online, but force you in for pricing and financing. At Honda of Lisle, Kristen Lemke answered all my questions via online chat and phone and put me in touch with Shawn the new/used vehicle manager. He was more than helpful, emailed me the finance app and answered some more of my questions. Still through this process I was never pressured once to come in. After filling out the finance app online Shawn emailed me to schedule an appointment. Once I got there I was introduced to Tim Render who was unfortunately a Cardnials fan but never the less a very kind hearted man who was genuinely looking out for my best interests. The entire process was 2.5 hours. Not a minute was wasted. Kristen, Shawn, Tim and Vic multi-tasked the entire process and got me out of there. I left extremely satisfied and will be going back for my next car. I'm a Cubs fan myself... More

Great Experience....Highly Recommend! Sent in a request via the internet about pricing for a new CRV. Was contacted by Kristen Lemke who provided great information. She was friendly and conversational, which I really appreciated since I didn't want to send emails back & forth to a "computer robot." I didn't find her to be a high pressure sales person (which is a big turn-off for me), but rather a person that wanted to genuinely assist me and help me make the right decision. When we told her that we were going to the dealership, she had the car in the color we liked waiting out front for us. Once we were at the dealership, we had planned to trade in an older Honda for a new CRV, but there was an issue with the Car Fax report (didn't reflect a corrected Title) which impacted what the old Honda's trade-in value was. My family was upset with Car Fax (not the Dealership) for not having accurate information on the old Honda. Sales Consultant Kabir Sheikh was nothing short of HEROIC in his efforts to calm my family and reassure them that he and the dealership would do everything they could to make things right. At one point he asked my father if he was a war veteran and it was the perfect way to diffuse the situation. Kabir and my father then proceeded to talk about military experience, and during that time the Sales Manager was able to put together a FANTASTIC deal that my family was thrilled with. I don't think there is another dealership out there that would take the time, effort, and BOTTOMLESS PATIENCE to make sure that their customer leave satisfied. I truly appreciate the courtesy and respect that was shown by everyone we encountered. More
