Disappointed Coming from a customer service and sales background, my expectations were high. I had already visited another area honda dealer and they sold us on t Coming from a customer service and sales background, my expectations were high. I had already visited another area honda dealer and they sold us on the 15 honda fit, but didn't have one in stock. This dealer had the car and I was able to test drive and confirmed that was the vehicle that we wanted to purchase. One thing I found very odd was that Brandon didn't really work on selling me the vehicle during the test drive. He didn't point out any features and I had to ask questions and ask him to show me things on the vehicle. I asked for a written quote with $$ down and with no $$ down. I was not given both requested documents. Brandon was quick about follow up, but listening skills were lacking in addressing specific requests. When negotiating what they might offer on our trade, they started really low and then agreed to meet the other offer after I finally told them what was already promised me. Bottom line because of lacked trust and didn't feel I was well served, I decided to buy a different vehicle at Honda of Joliet because they had built my trust and confidence. That's right- I purchased my 2nd choice vehicle eventhough this dealer had the car I really wanted and finally did meet my price/.trade in price because I did not like the way they went about business. When I picked up the vehicle, she explained the entertainment features, helped me change the vehicle's presets to my own preferences, and also helped me sync up my phone. As my wife was not with me at the time of pick up, Renee also offered to go through the infotainment features with her at a later time should my wife have any questions.
