She is very down to earth and the pricing here is excellent. We had quotes from independent shops that were HIGHER than the estimates Carrie gave us - I couldn't believe it! She is a great communicator and will let you know how things are going if needed (for work beyond oil changes, etc), and I can count on her for giving us truthful and reliable information. We've been so impressed with her and the service dept, that we may have to get our next Honda from here. A++++ More

TOTALLY WOWED!! I like to think I am a smart shopper and negotiator so I went to all the Honda dealerships in my area, including Honda in Schaumburg, Aurora, and a fe I like to think I am a smart shopper and negotiator so I went to all the Honda dealerships in my area, including Honda in Schaumburg, Aurora, and a few other places. Not only did Honda in Lisle beat all the other Honda dealerships but the two people I dealt with, Brian Murphy and Mary Fuscone were the most fantastic salesmen I ever encountered. After buying my Honda Accord, they took the extra step to drive it home for me at about a 30 mile distance on a Friday night!! In addition, they came in two cars so I didn't have to drive anyone back. Incredible. They didn't have to do that, and it showed me that these two really care. They care about the brand, their dealership, and their customers. They were the most friendly, and quite efficient as it took less than two hours to negotiate and sign all the paperwork. If anyone is buying a car, I recommend Honda in Lisle and encourage them to contact Mary Fuscone and Brian Murphy. They both are a class act!! More

As difficult as it is to go through the negotiation process, Orlando made it non-confrontational and worked with us to get the price point that we needed to make a deal. We needed his help to make sure the car was ready quickly and he delivered above expectations against the commitments he gave us. My daughter purchased a 2010 Honda CR-V and she is thrilled with her new toy. We would highly recommend a trip to the Honda Superstore in Lisle if you are looking for a used car. More

Josh Malinski was awesome; he was very patient with all of our questions and concerns and totally earned my trust. Hondas are great cars so they don't really have to do too much to move them but they go all out for their customers at Honda of Lisle. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Honda. We drove over 20 miles to buy our car there and it was totally worth it. More

I made a poor choice a year ago in going to a smaller 2 door 2012 civic a year ago. I thought I would be set for another 10 years, which is how long I had kept my previous Honda, but it did not work out that way. A few short months into my ownership of the new car I was becoming uncomfortable with my choice as the 2 door vehicle was simply just too small for me and difficult to get in and out of. I communicated my situation to Jennifer and she was honest with me indicating that I needed to wait and be patient . I followed her guidance and she remembered my plight. A year after I made the lease deal, she helped me get out of my 3 year contract and into a bigger, newer car for less than a dollar a month more than I was currently paying. No pressures, no haggling, no penalties, no stress . Having Jennifer take care of us makes it is such a pleasant experience in what often is something we often dread. I have been to dealerships where sales people followed me out to my car, almost begging me to consider their deal. I have also been held hostage in the showroom while sales people kept pitching phrases like "what's it going to take to make a deal with you today". The good work of the service department is the main reason we went back to this dealership to find a second automobile.
