Upset with the way I was treated and how the situation was handled. Dropped my car off for a recall, no issues with vehicle... I got picked up when my vehicle was "ready". After waiting for over 30 mins an employee pulled up with my car. They had a weird look on their face and I instantly knew something was wrong. He said, "Something is really wrong, you need to have them fix this." I had a carseat in the back and I am a young woman. I was told that I had NO POWER STEERING and that it was all because I had an "aftermarket" pump. My husband replaced the pump over a year ago and we haven't had ANY issues. It was an OEM part meant for a Honda vehicle. Joe Green spoke with my husband on the phone and went to RAY. RAY was rude, sarcastic, laughed in my face and was unwilling to help me. Stating the car was out of warranty because of the pump. Long story short... NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE PUMP. The service workers failed to get all the oxygen out when replacing the power steering hose for the recall. I did nothing wrong and was treated very poorly. They left me stranded at your location and I still had work to do and still needed to pick up my young child. Now there is a knick/scratch in my driver's side door. It WAS NOT there the morning I dropped it off. I called Ray back and he laughed over the phone and said there's no way I can prove it, not his problem. This could have all been handled differently. You didn't have to treat me poorly, leave me stranded with no ride home until my husband could make it out there, gave me over hours and hours of stress, you made me cry. It was a beautiful day and you completely put me through a whirlwind. I am a good person and do not deserve to be treated like this. If this is how you run your business and this is the way you treat people then I really hope you are out of business soon and it suffers greatly with how you treat your loyal customers. Now I am left stressed,upset and I still have a knick/scratch left in my door and no one cares and no one will call me back to try to resolve this issue. I am so disgusted with what happened on Monday and cannot believe that nothing has been done to rectify the situation. More

I had 1 little bump in the finance office, but after I directed their attention to my concern it was taken care of imediately. In the past as a single female I have always been intimidated going into the showroom. The sales people hound you like a dog and there is pressure, pressure, pressure to buy And oh yeah we can pull intimidated going into the showroom. Orlando greeted me soon after I entered the showroom, asked how he could help me and then proceeded to actually "listen" to what I was saying. He asked appropriate questions, made intelligent suggestions and let me steer the conversation. At no point did I feel he was talking down to me or because I was "just looking" I was wasting his time. I was still sitting on the fence about buying, I had two other cars I wanted to check out. But it was BECAUSE of how Orlando dealt with me I thought there is not point in looking further. I was impressed with Orlando and all the folks who assisted me in the purchase of my new vehicle at Honda of Lisle. Thank you for making my experience such a pleasant one. More
I lost my CRV in the recent flood, and went to my neighborhood Honda in Lisle to buy a new car. I've always loved Hondas, and knew I wanted another. He was fair, straightforward, funny and incredibly knowledgeable. He made what could have been a stressful time so much easier. Who can honestly say that the new car buying process is fun? Well, after this experience, I can! Honda of Lisle serviced my CRV for the three years I've lived in the area, and I always thought they did a nice job. Now they have a customer for life. I had the pleasure of speaking with Henrietta on Monday of this week. I told her I was shopping for a CR-V and she was extremely informative in describing your inventory of colors, ordering procedures, an of this week. She put a positive face on your dealership that I failed to receive when calling one of your competitors. On the following day we met with Eric who, to our good fortune, assigned Mike D to work with my wife and me on our quest for a red 2013 CR-V EX-L. Mike demonstrated the vehicle in the showroom, took us on a test drive, showed us another color we had expressed interest in and demonstrated his confidence in the Honda brand and the Lisle dealership. I have purchased a number of new cars over the years but Mike's professionalism and transparency throughout the negotiation process was much appreciated. After the sale, he spent plenty of time with every aspect of the car, from the instruction manuals to a hands-on approach in the vehicle to making our cell phone numbers compatible with the blue-tooth feature. I will certainly recommend Mike and Honda of Lisle to my friends. More

I stopped at this dealership because of an ad that I saw in a newspaper. According to the ad they were having a super sale and will beat any other dealership deal. I walked around for 10 minutes before some in a newspaper. According to the ad they were having a super sale and will beat any other dealership deal. I walked around for 10 minutes before someone greeted me. Then when it was time to talk numbers, I pulled up a deal that I got from another dealer and they made it seem as if was an impossible deal. Any how they gave me there best price which was $3k more than what I just showed them. Then the treated me like I was stupid and and tried to tell me that if I go to the other dealer that they would offer me the same deal as theirs. Then they played a math game with the numbers (adding and subtracting the adding again). I should have told them I was an engineer. Before I was about to walk out, a sales manager walked up and told me that the best deal they could give me was $35k when I told them that I already had a deal for $34200. I appreciate that Debbie kept folowing up with me by email but if you are not going to extend to me a better offer than what is the point. I would not recommend this dealer because of false advertising and playing games the numbers. Don't expect to treat people like idiots then earn their business. More
I searched the cars on the website and had an idea of which car I was interested in. Mike greeted me and went over the availability, options, and price.
