My experience at the Honda Superstore of Lisle was very positive. I entered the dealership expecting to check out their inventory but left puchasing a new CRV due to what I considered a very fair deal and positive. Debby Brown, who handled my purchase, spent several hours to take me for a test drive, answer all my questions, and thoroughly explain the car's features to me. During the sale she was never pushy and totally professional, and I felt very comfortable with her. Vic, the business manager, was also very pleasant and one of the other sales consultants, Mike, help me set up my new bluetooth system. Cudos the Honda of Lisle and their sales staff. Mark, the manager, has done a nice job in professional development of his staff. Brad , the gentleman in finance was efficient and personable. Most of my time was spent with Sager who was tremendous. He took the time to answer my questions, explain the features of the car, make sure I understood the maintenance agreement, and help me feel I was making a good decision for my family. If I ever need another car I will go to Honda Superstore in Lisle. (the only thing I felt was a bit weird was ringing the gong-I am sure some people get excited about it-but it was not my thing :)).
