I contacted Honda Of Lisle during the morning on Friday May 27, 2011 to inquire about Honda's Lease specials on Accords & Civics. I was initially working with their sales manager Jeff Carr over email to work out all of the logistics behind what the lease was about & what my payments would look like based on a trade in of my 2006 Acura MDX for a 2011 Accord SE. Once we had the generalities out of the way I was invited to come to the dealership where i worked with Chris Gorgosz & Mark Fitzpatrick on bottom line pricing and monthly payments. I know that this may be a strange analogy, but, the deal went so smoothly that I felt as if I used my "Preffered Shopper card" at the checkout aisle of a shoppers club and got the club price for the vehicle. I did my research before arriving at the dealership and knew mor or less what my payment could be on the lease and Honda of Lisle came thru for me. Such an easy deal to make with great people to do business with. I was able to pick up my new car on May 31st and it only took about 1 hour to go between delivery of the new vehicle and signing of papers at the leasing office. basically everything was "Bang Bang" your done. No ups no extras and I was on the road. This Honda store is a family run business and they made me feel like family throughout the entire sales/leasing process. I highly recommend this store to anyone that wants to "feel at home" at the dealership and get a great deal as well as work with a great sales & management team. More

Debby was very friendly and has excellent customer service skills. She was polite and it was a pleasure to work with her in getting our car. I appreciate the straightforward sales approach - competitive price and 1000% customer service. I've been driving Hondas for 20 years. While I try to "shop" for a better deal, I always end up coming competitive price and 1000% customer service. I've been driving Hondas for 20 years. My interaction with her brought me to this dealership, even though I had an appointment with another dealer in the area who had "my car." Michael was patient and thorough in answering my questions regarding the service record, vehicle history and sales related questions. Bob was amazing and flexible in his willingness to work with me in financing. The after-sales service at this location is beyond atrocious. I have purchased four vehicles from this location and every time I go in for any type of service issue I have a ridiculously bad experienc atrocious. We have bought or leased five vehicles now from Honda of Lisle, and each time we have dealt with Zahid Ali. He is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Most of all, he listens to what you want and works to Lisle, and each time we have dealt with Zahid Ali. He is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Most of all, he listens to what you want and works to satisfy your needs in terms of price, color, accessories, etc. Although we live a half hour from the dealership, we take our Hondas there for scheduled maintenance because the service is fast, prices and work are explained to you thoroughly and the personnel is professional and welcoming.
