We purchased an EX-L on Friday, August 14. Our salesman was Ken Kolbusz. We have owned an Odyssey for the past nine years and are big fans of the car so we decided that buying another one made sense. T was Ken Kolbusz. We have owned an Odyssey for the past nine years and are big fans of the car so we decided that buying another one made sense. This was, however, anything but an ordinary purchase of a new automobile. You see my husband, Gary, is a 100% disabled veteran with a service connected disability. It is this circumstance which made us eligible to buy a new car with the help of an $11,000 grant from the Veterans Administration. The grant is paid to the dealership within a few weeks after the paperwork is given to VA. Ken Kolbusz was totally amazing. He went to the VA Regional office and got instructions about how the grant was to be handled and after the sale he personally delivered the papers back to the VA Regional office. This meant that my husband and I could drive our new Odyssey home on Friday. We were, of course, thrilled to do so. Ken explained the process to others in the dealership so that we were able to sail through financing even though our situation was unlike any that any of the staff had ever encountered. We are absolutely thrilled with the car and so very pleased to be treated with such respect and “over the top” consideration of our situation. We will continue to tell this extraordinary story to family and friends who may be in the market for a new car. More
We were very satisfied with our current purchase of Honda Civic EX-L with navi. Brian treated us more like a friend. He was very polite, patient and helpful in showing us Insight and Civic and had us test Civic EX-L with navi. Brian treated us more like a friend. One day, he drove Civic EX-L with navigation to my house just to show me the difference and promised not to give me any pressure (like my experience when I bought Civic 03). We took a spin in the neighborhood and my son liked it. He kept his words when he said he would call me back. That's why I chose him over other sales persons. His customer service has gone above and beyond. He would certainly be a great asset to Honda Lisle. I would highly recommend him to anyone. More

They pulled a deal I thought we were moving forward on simply for me inquiring about a better price; once I asked for more off, the Sales Manager got really condescending and threw the deal away.
