Upset with the way I was treated and how the situation was handled. Dropped my car off for a recall, no issues with vehicle... I got picked up when my vehicle was "ready". After waiting for over 30 mins an employee pulled up with my car. They had a weird look on their face and I instantly knew something was wrong. He said, "Something is really wrong, you need to have them fix this." I had a carseat in the back and I am a young woman. I was told that I had NO POWER STEERING and that it was all because I had an "aftermarket" pump. My husband replaced the pump over a year ago and we haven't had ANY issues. It was an OEM part meant for a Honda vehicle. Joe Green spoke with my husband on the phone and went to RAY. RAY was rude, sarcastic, laughed in my face and was unwilling to help me. Stating the car was out of warranty because of the pump. Long story short... NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE PUMP. The service workers failed to get all the oxygen out when replacing the power steering hose for the recall. I did nothing wrong and was treated very poorly. They left me stranded at your location and I still had work to do and still needed to pick up my young child. Now there is a knick/scratch in my driver's side door. It WAS NOT there the morning I dropped it off. I called Ray back and he laughed over the phone and said there's no way I can prove it, not his problem. This could have all been handled differently. You didn't have to treat me poorly, leave me stranded with no ride home until my husband could make it out there, gave me over hours and hours of stress, you made me cry. It was a beautiful day and you completely put me through a whirlwind. I am a good person and do not deserve to be treated like this. If this is how you run your business and this is the way you treat people then I really hope you are out of business soon and it suffers greatly with how you treat your loyal customers. Now I am left stressed,upset and I still have a knick/scratch left in my door and no one cares and no one will call me back to try to resolve this issue. I am so disgusted with what happened on Monday and cannot believe that nothing has been done to rectify the situation. More
I wonder why the parts employees are not listed nor are the service techs that actually work on the vehicle, they deserve recognition for their commitment to Honda excellence, and I had some pricing confli the service techs that actually work on the vehicle, they deserve recognition for their commitment to Honda excellence, and I had some pricing conflicts when ordering oem honda internet remanufacted parts online thru their wholesale parts website, hondasuperstoreparts.com, and the price listed on the website would not be honored when I called them to confirm the TBD shipping cost. I felt uncomfortable giving my credit cart number online without a complete price, and when I called, they wanted $300 more than the online price and if it was a pricing error, why hasn't the website price been corrected, a month later? I had to pay more than the online price and I was at a disadvantage since I had to get my car fixed and their online price was not as competitive as it originally was, and it if is listed at below their cost, why hasn't the price been corrected and there is a R.I. Honda dealership who lists the same part online for LESS than the online Honda of Lisle price that is supposedly in error! This online internet pricing is very confusing, please explain, so that I won't be suprised when I have to order my timing belt package. More

When my 2008 CRV needs service I always ak for John Mooney. He has both knowledge and personality. He is on top of letting you know what the problem is and if the car is in for routine service and ther Mooney. He has both knowledge and personality. Bought car here 4 years ago from Tim Render who was excellant. I live in orland so did not bring the car here for service because of the distance.(Honda CRV) I brought the car in one week ago for a ti excellant. Everyone was so friendly and accomadating that I will do all of my servicing here. Came back today for a oil check and to have an extra set of keys made. Met Mike Frain and really appreciated his great customer service skills. Love the waiting area and the computers. Made my wait so much more enjoyable. I am happy with the service and will always bring my car here. More

We purchased our Honda Odyssey Van from Honda on Grand in Elmhurst and brought it back there 2 times for what I consider simple repairs They could not fix it. I lost all hope and decided to try the Honda store in Lisle. I met Mike when I first came in. He said good morning and had a smile on his face. He assured me that they would do the best they could to fix our issues. Mike not only was friendly at the very first meeting but he continued to keep me abreast on all developments with our van. Because of my experience and the professionalism of Mike I will be going back to the Lisle store for every repair and future purchases that we may have.
