When it came time to finalize everything, I worked with Abdel, the finance manager, who was also honest, professional, and transparent. He made the final steps simple and stress-free, which was the perfect way to end such a great experience. Attention for all local NY Residents: do not buy or lease from Mahwah Honda. They never unlinked the temporary NJ plates from my wife’s car and she keeps getting billed from various EZ Pass type institutions from Mahwah Honda. They never unlinked the temporary NJ plates from my wife’s car and she keeps getting billed from various EZ Pass type institutions. Mahwah Honda refuses to assist despite a few messages to speak to a manager. Would never recommend to anybody. Incredibly unprofessional. More
