Excellent customer experience After having a bad experience at another (not a Honda) dealership, I came into Mahwah Honda feeling a bit reluctant about the new car buying process. After having a bad experience at another (not a Honda) dealership, I came into Mahwah Honda feeling a bit reluctant about the new car buying process. My salesperson was Juan Martinez. Juan was very helpful, taking as much time as I asked of him to explain the car, the terms of the lease, and so forth. He even sat with me on the phone with my car insurance company to facilitate the transfer from my old car to my new one. My interactions with Sunny Chan were also positive. He took time to explain my credit situation to me (I have a high credit rating but little credit history) and went over my lease's financial obligations. Both he and Juan were quite helpful, and I would recommend Mahwah Honda without reservation. More
