Best Experiences Ever at Mahwah Honda! This is the second time I’ve gotten a car at Mahwah Honda and I would never go anywhere else. There is a Honda dealer about 10 mins from where I live This is the second time I’ve gotten a car at Mahwah Honda and I would never go anywhere else. There is a Honda dealer about 10 mins from where I live and another about 30 mins away, and Mahwah Honda is a little over an hour. But it’s worth every extra mile and minute. I tried going to Bridgewater Autosport Honda, the one closest to me, but they were not friendly at all, it seemed like I was bothering them as I asked questions, they didn’t really want to help w much, and the overall attitude was terrible. They even gave me misinformation. Going to Mahwah for the customer service they provide is just a no brainer- they’re wonderful! They make the whole experience not only smooth and easy, but they go way above and beyond to make it pleasurable and memorable. They don’t have to do that, but they do. They pay attention to what you want, and then do all in their power to get it exactly right, and not according to what they think you should do, or what else they can sell you to inflate the price. They make suggestions, as they are knowledgeable about their cars, but will not push or intimidate, as I’ve encountered at other dealerships in the past. The sales and finance teams are just a pleasure to work with; they’re professional, yet friendly and so personable, and best of all: patient. I’ve never felt rushed or like they were saying what I wanted to hear to ‘shmooze’ me, while catering to their own agendas. They were amazing as they worked with me and my family on cars, prices, options, etc. Leaving with the new car, I felt really good about the whole experience and almost felt a little sad that we wouldn’t see them again for 3 years, when the lease is up and we do the whole process over again! Who says that about a car dealership?! I do. And my family does too :) More
