Everyone I worked with here was absolutely wonderful. Bob Zimmer was my sales associate, he took me through everything the CRV had to offer, took me out for a test drive and then we went and looked at the dealership stock in person. When I made my choice Jack Russell helped me through all the paperwork and made sure I had everything in order to drive off the lot that same day! He made that mountain of paperwork seem like a breeze. When all was said and done and the dealership was closing, they took the time to make sure I was taken care of. Even after 6pm, Bob was outside with me and taking the time to make sure I could work everything in my new car to ensure I had a safe and pleasurable ride home. I highly recommended Mahwah Honda to anyone looking to buy a car. More

I also had a pleasant experience when I unexpectedly had to purchase a new car. Michael was very thorough and patient as he went through the differences between the CR-V and HR-V, showing me both cars, and the different options and prices with both cars. I did not feel pressured at all in purchasing one car or the other, I felt he just wanted me to be informed of the difference between the two models to make sure that I got the car that I was looking for. After deciding to purchase the CR-V, Michael sat with me going through and setting up all the features of the car. He was very courteous and pleasant throughout the entire sale.
