Harry was very helpful in guiding us in making the selection of a Honda Accord EX-L. This is the first sedan I have ever had as my primary vehicle, having driven 2-door coupes for virtually all of my adult life. I called from work looking for a specific car and was given an appointment. i explained I was leaving work to come and was given an appt. After I was there and given a test drive in that car I was told given an appointment. i explained I was leaving work to come and was given an appt. After I was there and given a test drive in that car I was told it was already sold. He kept offering me other cars but would not bargain at all on price. He kept calling me after I left and asking if I was still interested and still would not bargain at all. I am not sure why he kept calling if he had nothing to offer. He was rude and not at all helpful. I wasted time leaving work and drove in someone elses car. I would have been upset if I put a deposit on a car and the car was still used for test drives. My last 2 vehicles were CRVs but after the service I was given by multiple dealerships (Mahwah was by far the worst)I have since bought a Toyota. More
