The vehicles are clean when they arrive and everything works. I like the fact that they do the plates and take care of all the admin on my behalf. Any issues such as recalls have been dealt with quickly and easily. I have generally found this dealership not to be pushy and Debbie certainly is not and that is why I have purchased three cars here. More

I really thought he is joking! I asked him about Honda passport, he said it is not your price range!! There is a nation wide sale this April, not only he didnt mention it and wasted half an hour of my time just rounding up random numbers when I brought it up to the sale manager ( kn the box glass room) he said why you dont watch TV! It is all over TV! WORST PLACE EVER! Do not know who is giving this people 5 star. No wonder this was the only dealer that no One swear to God was there to shop except me! More

Great service I had received a recall for the passenger airbag and when I called to make an appointment, the dealership got me in the next day to take care of it. D I had received a recall for the passenger airbag and when I called to make an appointment, the dealership got me in the next day to take care of it. Dropped my vehicle before work and was shuttled back to my office. The driver was extremely personable and polite. Assured that if I didn't have a ride back to the dealership, he was more than happy to pick me back up. Even when my car was ready, I came in and was out in minutes. Very organized! I've used Mahwah Honda before and had the same great experience. Always a pleasure to bring my car there. If I ever consider purchasing a new vehicle, Mahwah Honda would be the place to go.
