I scheduled the appointment with the intention of waiting and I was texted promptly when the car was ready. The service advisor was friendly and accurate in his support of the service. One tiny detail ... the service included an oil change which means that the hood was raised. When I got the car back, the leaves that had accumulated under the hood during the fall and early winter were still there. It would have taken only a few seconds to blow those leaves out. That is certainly not the service advisors’ responsibility, but rather the mechanics’. More
