Steve Chin is an excellent salesman who you can tell cares about the customer's experience. He went above and beyond to assist us with all of our needs while purchasing our new Honda Pilot. Steve was thorough in showing us all of the features of our new car and answered all of our questions. Howard provided excellent service in financing and made sure to explain everything clearly and in simple terms. We felt that everyone was transparent in the sales of everything. I've never had a better experience in a typically overwhelming situation. We have already told friends where to go next time they need a new car. Hats off to Steve and Howard! More
