She didn't know I was talking to 2 other dealerships that treated me like it was just business. It felt like she was fighting for me to get in my new 2013 Honda Accord. Based on that alone, I stopped talking to the other dealerships only wanting to deal with her & got a much better vehicle than the others. When I seen that online, I called to make sure before I drove the 2 hours it took to get there. WE actually had a signed purchase agreement with a different Honda Dealer near our home in Euclid. But after a week of excuses and no delivery date in sight I called Honda of Mentor. My experience was very good except for the fact that nobody called me when my car was done, I looked out and saw that my car was sitting in the front of the line ready to leave, I went out into the serv nobody called me when my car was done, I looked out and saw that my car was sitting in the front of the line ready to leave, I went out into the service area and my paperwork was sitting at the desk where I checked in and the representative that sat there was gone. The representative at the station beside his took over and checked me out. This was my only complaint because I did have somewhere to be and I was kept waiting when my car was ready to go!!! More
