My vehicle was covered under warranty and he assisted, updated on progress and expected de The customer service I received from Grant was outstanding. My vehicle was covered under warranty and he assisted, updated on progress and expected delivery. It was not an easy fix but he kept me in the loop the entire way through the process. He notified me immediately when it couldn’t easily be resolved, never pushed for me to go out of my way but instead stated to do what was most convenient for myself. I work 3rd shift and after initially waiting voluntarily for a diagnostics test for an hour went ahead and set my up with a vehicle. He provided reasonable expectations for repair and updated when needed. It’s not often that I’m impressed with any businesses customer service but in this case it was exceptional. More

They found what I was originally told was not fully true and pinpointed actual issues. My car is running 10 times better. Thank you! More
