My daughter, age 4, and I finally made it to Murfreesboro when my oil light came on. By that point it was after 5 and I still had another hour to drive before we got home. So I took a chance pulling in, with no appt. Grant met us in the bay with a smile and great attitude. He said "no problem" which was music to this momma's ears! Not only that, but he took the time, since it was my 1st visit in the new location, to show us around and where everything was, including the kid zone. It's not often you meet someone who clearly loves what he does, and this young man exuded southern hospitality at its finest. My daughter loved watching the cartoon and before you knew it, the CRV was ready! A few years ago, I had a Lexus, and their lobby/service area was great. I had not been to another that rivaled it. But after today, You guys nailed it hands down! And the politeness and joy from that young man will keep us returning every time. Even if it is an hour drive for us! Thank you! Love the new place! I had made an appointment for an oil change. I was immediately greeted by two employees who were awesomely friendly! I had a coupon for the oil change I had made an appointment for an oil change. I was immediately greeted by two employees who were awesomely friendly! I had a coupon for the oil change with free tire rotation for 29.95. Jordan took me inside an told me about the waiting area, coffee, snacks, restroom. Very nice! He came back after the service and explained what else I needed done to my car. While waiting I was asked by the nice lady if I needed an update on my process and if I needed anything. When my car was ready Jordan apologized for the length of time that it took and reduced my bill a little although I was charged 41.95 for the oil change. While I was waiting I had picked up some touch up paint and there was no charge for it. Thank you so much Jordan! I will definitely be back for my next service! More
