Everything was done to my satisfaction ! I came in early and asked if I could get my oil change and tire rotation within two hours. I was told no problem, and it wasn't. Faith restored I quit using Honda’s service department 1.5 years ago due to some very bad experiences and did not intend on ever returning. I was forced to return yesterday by an alternator issue that could not be resolved by my new mechanic. Was pleasantly surprised by the change in demeanor and customer service style in the service dept. My concerns were heard, my questions were answered, and my caution was reassured. Hopeful that this trend will continue so that I can return with confidence. I have missed feeling like I could trust Honda service was being straight with me. More
