Great experience, beautiful facility I took my car in for an oil change. I had a great experience and really appreciated the free safety inspection and car wash that I received. Grant too I took my car in for an oil change. I had a great experience and really appreciated the free safety inspection and car wash that I received. Grant took the time to go over the report and kept me updated on the service. The new facility is gorgeous and every employee I encountered was friendly and accommodating. Thank you! More

Being credit challenged, car shopping is not a fun process for me. I gave Justin Knox a call and 4 hours later he called to tell me the exact car I wanted was mine! The next day I was in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours, which usually is an all day process. He took care of returning my rental car for me, and had the all weather mats I brought with me cleaned. Justin, Kramer, & Ali made the whole process incredibly easy! Justin’s cars says loan specialist, it should say loan miracle worker! Thanks for everything!!! More

Best Experience My Husband and I were car shopping due to a recent wreck I was in so I had mixed emotions about having to get another car. We went to a few places in My Husband and I were car shopping due to a recent wreck I was in so I had mixed emotions about having to get another car. We went to a few places in Murfreesboro and saw some good cars, but none of them eased my mind about this major purchase. One dealer even told us, after asking if there was any wiggle room on the price of a car I liked, that if we didn’t buy it someone else would! Honda of Murfreesboro wasn’t even on my radar, but my Husband made an appointment and we went. The moment we walked in we were greeted by smiling faces and taken well care of by their front desk receptionist who got us to the right people. Though we walked in during a time when all the sales reps were busy, they didn’t just sit us in a corner to wait. A gentleman from their finances team stepped in. The first thing he asked was “how are you?”. This was the first place that asked me how I was recovering after my wreck! I instantly felt like they care more about me than if I bought a car from them (Don’t give me wrong it’s still a business, but they don’t treat you like a number. He treat you like a person) We were then greeted by the GM of the location (who is one of the nicest and personable gentlemen) who as well asked if I was ok. After looking at a strong contender of a car, the floor manager, Carlos, stepped in and finished with us. Though they had to pass us off to different people, we never felt like an inconvenience or that the other person didn’t want to work with us. Carlos ended up helping us find the perfect car for our family and the finance team helped us with payment and warranty that we felt comfortable with. Though I hope I don’t have to car shop anytime soon. I will, without hesitation, buy any car I have to buy from Honda of Murfreesboro. I would recommend them to first-time buyers, professional buyers, or reluctant buyers. They will make your experience and enjoyable one and make you feel like you were part of their family and they are looking out for you. More

Even though I didn't have any food (this time), they offered to make me a breakfast sandwich. I did have some Starbucks coffee🍵that was delicious. I left a different vehicle dealership because of the service department but I'll be staying at the Honda dealership because of their service department! Thank you! More

He was personable and efficient. I was traveling alone with what was determined was probably a computer problem (the low tire pressure light kept coming on). I had stopped the previous afternoon in Paducah for the same problem only to have the low tire pressure light again come on about 100 miles down the road. After running checks on all my tires it was determined the tires were fine and the maintenance dept did a ‘hard’ reset which seems to have resolved the recurring problem. My thanks to Sam for making sure everything was checked out and reviewing the work order with me do I would feel confident continuing my travels. As a female traveling alone Sams assistance was priceless!! THANK YOU SAM AND I HOPE YOU ENJOY YOUR NEW 2018 CIVIC AS MUCH AS I ENJOY MY 2016 CIVIC. ITS AN AMAZING CAR WITH AWESOME GAS MILEAGE.
