Great salesman. Questionable internet advertisement Lance Booker sold this car; he has a great attitude, no pressure, is knowledgeable of the product, and represented your dealership well. We will recommend him without any reservations to our friends. Your dealership was extremely friendly, with several people asking if we had been helped. Something we never saw in the northern Virginia or DC area. In the area of constructive criticism, on price I rate your dealership fair (3-stars), Why? Your internet ad listed a price with a "red line" through it saying ask for our best price. We selected the Ridgeline listed in your internet advertisement and your price starts out $1000-1500 higher (I threw out the ad)! Several managers came in and advised you added floor mats and mud guards, baloney! That is why car dealers have a lousy reputation. We then went back and forth and left saying we would think about it. Later that evening I called Mr. Booker and mentioned the Kelly Blue Book price and after he spoke with management they agreed to the price. My point is, be honest. More
Lack of communication I left my van overnight to be repaired & my service advisor was out sick today and no one called me about my van. I wasn't sure if it was fixed or not until I got to the dealership. I explained my problem but no one seemed too concern about. After i paid, I checked out the door that was repaired and it still didn't work. So I asked for the manager. By the time he got there, my sliding door only worked by manually opening the door. Again, no one explain to me about the repair. Jack went to talk to the mechanic and said the door did open automatically after he repaired but there was a chance there would times it wouldn't open automatically. As long as I can open it manually I will have to be satisfied with that. There is so many things it could be. I got charge for an oil change that want even done so Jack returned the money. He did apologize for everything that happened today and said he would be happy to help me fix my oil pan problem. I just want my van to work so I can get to work and run my grandkids around. I hope to replace my van next year and it has so many issues. I also work in the service industry and deal with customer service so I can honestly say today was not a good day. I know mistakes happen but shouldn't have. More

Decisive Carlos listened first, most do not do that. He heard what we were looking for and made it happen. He did so quickly so we didn’t waste an entire day at a car lot as I’ve done before. We only had to wait five minutes at a time, made easier by the fancy coffee machine and showroom. Great place to buy a car. None of the folks I met there were typical salespeople. Very professional and know what they’re doing so I always felt comfortable. Spending money on cars is not comfortable for me, this time it was. More

Fantastic! Very professional and accommodating The receptionist was very polite and helpful and the staff were very professional and quick to repair my car. And they replaced my airbags for NO CHAR The receptionist was very polite and helpful and the staff were very professional and quick to repair my car. And they replaced my airbags for NO CHARGE! The cafe was FREE and the waiting room was very clean and the cafe servers was very nice and helpful. Great service, free food, quick repairs and accommodation for any mistakes the manufacturers make. Who could ask for more! And they have T.V.s in the bathroom! A very nice touch.
