Great service They were very nice and helped me right when I drove up for service. I got my oil changed and they gave me some things I need to have done but they w They were very nice and helped me right when I drove up for service. I got my oil changed and they gave me some things I need to have done but they were not pushy about the work I need done also gave me a price on what I need to have done. When I picked up my car they even had washed it for me. Great staff! More

Bought CRV with MDX trade-in We looked at Toyota, Hyundai and Subaru equivalents, but none could compare to the mpg, safety, quietness and comfort features of the Honda CR-V. The passenger front seat has power controls - unlike the rav4 - which is a mandatory feature for my bad back. It has surprising pickup for a 4-cylinder and we love the blind spot warning and highway line drift warning features. Our salesman, Austin, was the best. Absolutely no pressure - just facts about the car. More

Unusual service I've been going to Honda for service since I got my first Honda 7 years ago and have always been happy with them. Today was the first time I have had I've been going to Honda for service since I got my first Honda 7 years ago and have always been happy with them. Today was the first time I have had less than stellar service. The service techs didn't seem as friendly as normal, they seemed frustrated that I showed up so late (I got there at 330 when I scheduled my appointment), as well as with the people showing up after me. My inspection wasn't gone over with me like normal, and when I looked at it later, there were fluids that needed changing that I wasn't told about and didn't know about until after I left. That and the building was so cold, I lost feeling in my nose and fingers in the 2.5 hours I waited for an oil change, alignment, and recall part replacement. More

Very positive first experience We just moved back to the area and had received a safety recall on our CRV.
